For Business Travellers: Compensation For Delays, Overbookings And Missed Flights
Use our quick online service to register your claim. We’ll check which compensation you are entitled to. If a company claims on behalf of its employee, an additional authorization in the form of the company’s valid Travel Policy or the traveller’s employment agreement is required. Alternatively, the employee can sign a declaration of assignment ceding all claims to their employer. You can download the online form below.
Please note: We charge lawyer’s fees only in case of success. Absolutely no risk for you! We do not charge our fees until the airline has paid the compensation. The amount of our fees depends on the total amount of the compensation actually paid by the airline. Furthermore we grant special terms to our corporate clients.
