Cancellations
IIf your flight has been annulled, flight passengers can claim as for delays compensation according to flight distances.
This applies under condition, that you were not informed of the annullment at least 14 days before the actuall flight date. The compensation rate is between 250.00 and 600.00 Euro per passenger. Even if you hear of a delay on your flight while travelling to the airport, be careful to arrive there punctually at the check-in yourself. Your rights to claim becomes invalid, should the airline offer a substitute flight at short notice.
Your Rights:
Notification under 14 days before flight departure date:
- 250.00 Euro for an annulled short haul flight
- 400.00 Euro for an annulled medium haul flight
- 600.00 Euro for an annulled long haul flight
